Volunteers are GREATLY needed!
This fundraiser can not operate without you!
Your class room parent will contact you to ask for volunteers to help with the booths on the day of the Carnival.
A shift schedule for your class will be created and you will be provided with instructions for how your booth operates.
The hourly time slots for Volunteering are as follows:
Friday March 13th - The evening Set up will be from 5.30 - 7.30pm - specific times will be listed in individual classroom signups
10 am - 11am
11am - 12pm
12pm - 1pm
1pm - 2pm
2pm - 3.30 (Includes clean up)
SWEETS & TREATS
Sweets and Treats is our annual bake sale that happens at the Winter Carnival. We can't make this happen without wonderful home baked treats from you. If you are a baker or can help by donating to Sweets n' Treats, please sign below.
Amazing Baskets are raffled off at the Carnival but we need YOUR help in making them AMAZING!!
Ask your children for their advise on what you could donate. Feel free to be creative with your own ideas. You may wish to team up and buy an extra special item.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DONATE?
Themed baskets are created each year to raffle. 2020 themes are coming soon. Some examples from past years include:
Legos - Legos of any types and size
Uptown Gift Card Tree - Gift cards to your local favorites
Family Fun - Board games, card games, movie or museum passes
MONETARY DONATIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED - We use these monetary donations to buy themed booths prizes and items for the raffle baskets.
WHERE DO I SEND THE DONATION?
Send your donation or checks payable to Medfield Winter Carnival into school with your child or drop it off in the Memorial, Wheelock or Dale front offices in the box marked 'Winter Carnival Donations"
The contributions you make for a particular theme are included in one basket (See Picture)
Summer time - beach chairs, towels, goggles, fishing poles
Sports fun - balls & accessories, bats, medfield spirit wear
American Girl Doll - clothes, accessories, pets, & more
